I have no soul,
For you cannot see,
I lurk in the dark,
For myself to feed.
I drink the sweet red,
Pouring from your veins,
Quenching my thirst,
But you do not know my name.
I stay in the darkness,
To keep myself safe,
Waiting for my next victim,
I have to silently wait.
I have no pleasures,
I have no pain,
For I am an angel,
And the darkness is my game.

I have no soul, a reference to the common saying of Vampires that have no mirror image?
And with their immortal lives they dance across the scenery with countless identities, as they lurk in the shade of names?
And I think I can remember that series with a male vampire called Angel, but that's years back. Amazed that someone can recall ^^. The counter-part was a series called Buffy lol.
